I haven’t seen the word “incarnadine” used in a sentence since Moorcock’s Dancers at the End of Time, where it was part of a name.
Also, this is not fair to del Toro, but I can’t help myself. Ever since the project died, I have been annoyed at every del Toro movie for not being At the Mountains of Madness.
