You probably made a good choice watching in 2D as (unless you speak italian) as the 3D + subtitles was very hard on the eyes! As for the film….I was bored stiff….the animated intro and Sabrinas bum were the only parts I liked.
The opening titles in 3D, whatever anyone thinks of the rest of the film (personally, I was very impressed) were spectacular and about as good an opening titles sequence in 3D since, well – Friday the 13th Part 3D that, when shown at the National Film Theatre (RIP) a few years back, drew a big round of applause!!! The fairy tale promise wasn’t, in all honesty, really developed. But I agree with Kim, there’s real movie-making flair and future promise on show here, despite the plot being a little threadbare at times. I wanted a bigger ending. But the cat and mouse stuff in the dark with a lighter for company was still fun.
